STEP 1 : Login

• Enter the user name and password

  • If you have not changed your default password... You will be prompted to change your default password.  You can not enter the system until this is changed.  [Prompt Screen Sample]
    
  • Click on the "Change Password Here" hyperlink
    
  • Enter the default password in the current password field and the your newly selected password...  [Change Password Screen Sample]
    
  • Once the new password is entered and verified you will be auto-navigated to the Club Report page.

    NOTE:  This screen sample shows three games already reported and two available to be reported.
    

STEP 2 : Game Reporting

• Click on the "Select" hyperlink next to the team you'd like to report.

• On the Game Report page, click on the drop-down arrow next to the "goals for" and "goals against" to select amount, then click the submit button.  The score will be immediately updated on the club report page.

  • Once a game report has been submitted you can not modify the report.  If you discover an error in your reporting, contact Mercy Loera for her to analyze the update the game report.
    
• Repeat step 2 until all game reports have been completed.

STEP 3 : Club Report History

• Click on any of the week numbers to view game reports previously posted.

NOTE:  You do not have to submit all game reports at one time.  You can login to the game reporting system an unlimited amount of times to report scores, within the game reporting window.

The GAME REPORTING WINDOW is from Saturday morning at 8:00 AM until Sunday at midnight for that scheduled week.  Games needing to be reported outside of the game reporting window must be directed to Mercy Loera via email.
